This role focuses on in-person inspections, customer education, lead generation, and follow-up—helping homeowners and businesses understand their HVAC/duct systems and guiding them through solutions.
No experience required — we will train you.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct on-site inspections (attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, etc.)
- Take clear, detailed notes & photos
- Present findings and recommended solutions
- Help generate new leads and build relationships in the community
- Follow up with customers to support a 5-star experience
- Represent Pro Shine with professionalism and care

- Comfortable with heights & small spaces
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- No experience required — just a willingness to learn
