We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented Technicians to join our growing team. No prior experience is required – we’ll provide hands-on training. What matters most is a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Perform dryer vent cleaning, air duct cleaning, duct repairs and re-wraps, and antimicrobial fogging
- Inspect, maintain, and use professional equipment safely and effectively
- Work both indoors and outdoors, sometimes in tight spaces or at heights using ladders
- Communicate with customers in a professional, respectful manner
- Pay close attention to detail to ensure each job is done thoroughly and correctly
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented culture
- Assist in our Commercial Janitorial Cleaning Department when needed, which may include tasks such as general cleaning, sanitizing, and supporting commercial service accounts
What We’re Looking For
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Growth-oriented mindset and commitment to high standards
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift equipment and materials (up to 50 lbs.) and work at heights when needed
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and communication
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
