Cory McCarthy

I’m Cory McCarthy, owner of Pro Shine. When my wife Nicole and I moved to the Lowcountry, we instantly fell in love with this community. But we also noticed right away that many families and businesses weren’t getting the level of care and service they deserved when it came to their air systems. That’s what inspired us to start Pro Shine—a true family business built on the belief that every customer should be treated like family and every job done with care and attention to detail.

Our vision is simple: to deliver top-notch air duct, HVAC, and dryer vent cleaning for both homes and businesses, while building trust through transparency and service.

Nicole and I share our life with two rescue dogs and are excited to be expecting our first child soon. Seeing both our family and our business grow has been an incredible blessing. None of this would be possible without my wonderful wife, Nicole—she is a strong pillar in this company, and I couldn’t do it without her. Together, we look forward to serving our local communities in South Carolina and Georgia for many years to come.
