I’m Max Carson, Operations Manager at Pro Shine. I’ve been with the company since the very beginning, and it’s been incredible to see the dedication, commitment, and hard work that go into every single job we do. My role is to make sure everything runs smoothly—from scheduling and logistics to supporting our technicians in the field—so that our customers receive the highest level of service possible.

What I enjoy most is the attention to detail this work requires. Every vent, every duct, every step matters, because it all adds up to healthier, cleaner air for our customers. I take pride in making sure our team has the tools, training, and support they need to deliver not just great results, but a great experience from start to finish.

For me, it’s not just about operations—it’s about people. Ensuring our customers feel cared for and confident in our work is what drives me every day.
